ANNUAL RECYCLING COMMITTEE COMPOST BIN SALE

The Recycling Committee is taking orders for its annual compost bin, rain barrel and kitchen pail sale.  Sale Ends April 1st. Click this link for order form


2011 ASSESSING UPDATE INSPECTIONS - APRIL & MAY

To maintain accurate and up-to-date assessments, the Bow Assessing Department is conducting a cyclical property review process, whereby one-fifth of all properties in the Town are inspected on a 5-year rotating basis.  The Town's appraisal company, Corcoran Consulting Associates, Inc., will be inspecting and measuring properties in the Southeast section of the Town. General value changes are updated every fifth year but new and ongoing construction is updated each year. All appraisers have a photo ID, a letter from the Town Manager, and their vehicle registration information is on file with the Assessing Office as well as the Bow Police Department.
