Provide recommendations to the Board of Selectmen about:
- The relationship of a new Public Safety Facility to a Town Center.
- The location of a Public Safety Facility.
- Design criteria for a Public Safety Facility (functions and size, not design/build requirements).
- Town Center (need for an updated master plan).
- Disposition of existing Fire Station/Community Center.
- Use of vacated space at the Police/Dispatch facility.
- Potential round-a-bout and/or an alternative (at the intersection of Logging Hill Road, Knox Road, White Rock Hill Road, and Bow Center Road).
