POOL HEATERS REQUIRE A MECHANICAL PERMIT

The location of the heater must be in accordance with it's installation instructions. The underground piping must be an approved material. Paint all exposed exterior piping. A pressure test witness is required on gas piping.

Consult the gas company, as the meter may have to be changed.

MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES: Usually average ~ $42.00
