Rules of Procedure

The Town of   Bow Zoning Board of Adjustment regularly meets the third Tuesday of every month in Meeting Room " C " of the Town Municipal Building located at 10 Grandview Road, Bow, NH unless otherwise posted.

All meetings begin at 7:30 PM and conclude by 11:00 PM, unless otherwise announced.

Additional meetings are sometimes scheduled, at the direction of the Board.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of ten (10) Members - five (5) Regular and five (5) Alternates - appointed by the Board of Selectmen to hear requests for Variances to the Zoning Ordinance due to hardship in the land and Special Exceptions for the specific Uses for the land. The ZBA will also hear all appeals of Administrative Decisions made by the Code Enforcement Office/|Building Inspector as well as Equitable Waivers of Distribution .Members are appointed to a three-year term.

Regular Members are: Above officers as well as: Donald Burns and Bob Meagher.

Alternate Members are: Dr. Andrew Cohen, Tony Reynolds, Garth Orsmond and Tom Fagan.
